Before you start the Course
Every participant is required to read "every single page" of The Pomodoro
Technique. This can be downloaded free from pomodorotechnique.com.
During the Course
It is neccessary to have read the Pomodoro Technique book.
Laptops are not needed!
Cell phones are useful if turned off!
All participants will receive a Pomodoro Kit containing a Pomodoro timer, Pomodoro pad, pencil and T-Shirt.
After the Course
A period of consolidation and practice is fundamental to reinforce the skills that have been acquired. Francesco will suggest, on request, ad hoc reading material for each participant.
The official language of the course is English: to get the most out of the course, each participant must speak and understand English at a satisfactory level.
