This
course is the first requisite for becoming an official ScrumMaster.
After completing the course students must take an online exam held by the Scrum
Alliance to receive certification. Craig is one of the few people
in the world qualified as a Certified Scrum Trainer.
With an extra day added to the two-day standard course, Craig gives a
personal spin on ScrumMaster Certification. Participants will have
the chance to learn additional techniques, do extra exercises and get further
suggestions from Craig Larman to use in their future activity as ScrumMasters.
